General garden tasks including small scale landscaping projects, hedge trimming, jet washing, lawn care, ground clearance, low level tree work, edging, weeding, digging over, planting & tidying borders, pruning, fencing, patios, minor repairs.

Use of standard lawn mower and any standard garden power tools such as hedge trimmer, lawn edger, chainsaw, blower/vacuum, strimmer, tiller, pole pruner, jet washer is included in the basic hourly/daily rate.  However, fuel to power machinery is charged at cost.

Additional charges may apply for garden chemicals if requested and landscaping materials (topsoil, mulch, weed membrane etc).  Prices are available on request.

Cost of fuel for mowers and power tools.

Green garden waste will normally be processed through the client’s green bin or composted on site. There is likely to be an additional charge if green waste has to be removed from site.  However, I do have a powerful shredder that can help reduce the volume of green waste significantly.

All the above-mentioned gardening tasks are charged at a standard hourly or daily rate.  

Higher rates will apply to more complex tasks and projects.  Written estimates can be provided accordingly.

Ride on mower use is charged at a small premium over standrard rates due to the high capital cost of the machine.

Minimum call out of 2 hours, unless the visit is part an agreed regular maintenance programme, when flexibility on both sides is probably helpful.
